REACH24H Attends and Presents at GlobalChem 2018 as Sponsor and Exhibitor

GlobalChem 2018 successfully concludes in Washington DC., marked by a presentation by Mr. Robert Kiefer, manager of REACH24H USA. On 28th Feb, the first day of GlobalChem, in the Fundamentals Workshop, Mr. Robert Kiefer, Manager of REACH24H USA delivered a presentation on the topic “China’s New Chemical Substance Notification Updates & Revision to Taiwan TCSCA Regulations”. In the first part of his presentation, he addressed the New Chemical Substance Notification system currently in effect in China. He specifically highlighted the latest amendments on data requirements in China’s New Chemical Substance Notification Guidance. Following this topic, Mr.Kiefer moved on to introduce the new working plan to revise MEP Order No. 7 which took effect in 2017. REACH24H once more successfully ended its 9th Chemical Regulatory Annual Conference in the city of Hangzhou, China. US FDA Approved REACH24H’s new FCN Application in October

REACH24H Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as the “REACH24H”) recently received the final letter from U.S. Food & Drug Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “FDA”) on October 25, 2017. According to the final letter from FDA, food contact notification (FCN 1821) will come into effect on November 21, 2017. REACH24H once again helped its client get FCN in US, it will be beneficial to the relevant manufacturers to overcome technical barriers and export their products to the US market successfully in the near future. REACH24H’s Fluroxypyr Application Passes through Technical Equivalence Assessment under EU PPP Regulation

On 11 Aug 2017, the UK competent authority, Chemical Regulation Directorate, Health and Safety Executive (HSE) concluded that a new source of fluroxypyr origin from China is technical equivalent to the current reference specification for the active substance under Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 (the EU Plant Protection Product Regulation). The application for the technical equivalence (TE) assessment was submitted by REACH24H, a leading regulatory consulting company in China, on behalf of a Chinese pesticide manufacturer. In Europe, the approval of active substance normally requires 2 to 4 years. However by demonstrating that the alternative source of active ingredient has the same or less harmful effects (taking into consideration of impurities) when compared to the reference source, the technical equivalence assessment enables the entry of generic technical product into the EU market in a costless and efficient way.
