According to the ECHA, confidential claim for content in dossiers could lead to a delay of registrant information published

In the news from ECHA, “Company names and registration numbers now published” (November 28 2012), extended information such as company names and registration numbers in the submitted dossiers together with other content contained within SDS now have been published for each registered substance. In some real cases, EU importers compliant of registration information absent from ECHA website and feel doubted about the authenticity of registration. For example, an EU importer pointed out the reference number given on a submission report could not lead to the registration information exactly by searching the ECHA database (Registration Substance Database).
