Shanghai CIQ specifies requirements for the consignees of imported trade cosmetics who shall apply for record keeping for themselves and provide documents needed for product inspection.

Under the guidance of Measures for the Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision of Imported and Exported Cosmetics (AQSIQ Order 143), Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (Shanghai CIQ) published the notice on inspection of cosmetics imported into China through Shanghai Port.
