EWG Verified® Certification Guide: What Is & How to Get
What Is EWG and the EWG Verified® Certification?
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1993, dedicated to protecting human health and the environment. It is renowned for its rigorous research on potentially harmful chemicals in consumer goods and for advocating safer product formulations and ingredient transparency.
The EWG Verified® certification is a trusted mark developed by EWG to help consumers easily identify products that meet the highest standards for health and safety. It has become a critical benchmark in evaluating the safety and transparency of personal care products, cleaning products, and more.
