Background

India Chemicals (Management and Safety) Rules, ICMSR, a draft was firstly released on Nov. 2019 and has been revised multiple times. The latest and the fifth version was published on Aug.24th,2020. ICMSR was planned to be in force in early 2021. It will give comprehensive management on the new/existing substances, priority substances, hazardous substances. This presentation will include a brief understanding of the framework of ICMSR and how to comply with the notification and registration, which will give a big effect on global companies.

He is experienced in dealing with complicated projects and clients from different industrial and cultural backgrounds.

Raymond Zhu

Regulatory Affairs Consultant

Mr. Zhu earned his Master’s decree in Polymer Science from the University of Akron. He is specialized in biomaterial and has several years’ experience in designing class 3 medical device. Now, he is focusing on China new chemicals registration.

Steven Zhang

Regulatory Affairs Consultant

Mr. Steven Zhang is from the Japanese Business Department. He graduated from Waseda University with a master’s degree in Sports Biochemistry. Currently, he is mainly responsible for the chemical regulatory affairs in China, Korea, Taiwan; and provides regulatory compliance service of global GHS.
