  • Foreign cosmetic production distributors refer to companies registered outside Japan that produce and sell cosmetics outside Japan and distribute them to end customers.
  • Foreign cosmetic manufacturers refer to companies registered outside Japan that produce and sell cosmetics outside Japan.
