Guidance for China REACH: the Serial Notification–some particulars to note

Under the measures on China New Substance Notification (also known as ‘China REACH’), there are, in total, six types of special regular notification submission, including serial notification, joint notification, joint serial notification, repeat notification, re-notification (for increased tonnage band)and re-notification (for registered use change). In this article REACH24H will share its experience focused on serial notification with which in some cases notifier may bypass difficulties, for an example animal testing of chemicals is against company rules but necessary under China REACH.
