China MIIT issued a guidance to assist electric and electronic producers and importers in applying for China RoHS Self-Declaration of Conformity

Domestic manufacturers and importers of electrical and electronic products now are invited to make comments from July 24 to August 22, 2012 on a draft directive issued by China MIIT that specifies supplier declarations of conformity under China’s legislation on the restriction of hazardous substances in electric and electronic products (China RoHS).
