ECHA alerts compliance on label and SDS

The European Chemical Agency (ECHA) reminded companies to be aware of compliance of EU CLP regulation as its latest official news suggested. For all hazardous chemical producers and users, updated label and SDS are required accordingly and must be aligned with certain norms under CLP regulations. The enforcement activities carried out by authority in each of the EU member states has begun from the December 1 this year.
