Stella Yu took the stage to present Part 1 of the training, focusing on the movement of dangerous goods in and out of China to meet the stringent requirements set by China Customs and the Ministry of Transportation. The session shed light on China’s regulatory structure, key government agencies overseeing DG transportation and storage, and their specific requirements.

Attendees gained valuable knowledge about significant regulations such as GACC Order 129 issued by China Customs, “CCAR-276-R2” issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), and “Regulations of DG Transportation by Vessel and by Railway” issued by China Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) and National Railway Administration (NRA).
