The implementation of the Law of Environmental Protection Tax is one of the most important policy changes in China at the beginning of 2018. It has taken effect since Jan 1st, 2018 and replaced the role of the pollutant emission fee system which has been in place for almost 40 years. This webinar is prepared for stakeholders to learn about the new policy and meet the corresponding requirements.

Mr. Bo JIN

EHS regulatory consultant

Jin Bo, EHS Regulatory Affairs Consultant, finished his Master’s degree in Sustainable Resource Management at the Technical University of Munich. During the Master’s program, he participated in environmental science-related courses such as solid waste treatment and sewage treatment, and participated in scientific research projects, providing enterprises with sewage treatment solutions. During his time at the  REACH24H as EHS Regulatory Affairs Consultant, he also took part in regulatory consulting projects such as hazardous waste disposal and VOCs emission compliance.
