REACH24H Hold Sept. 2013 Japan Seminars in Tokyo and Osaka on Chemical Management Regulation

Cooperating with Japan Chemical Database Ltd. (JCDB) and Chemtopia from Korea, REACH24H held 2 seminars in Tokyo and Osaka on September 25 &27, 2013. The seminars, which aimed to provide up-to-date information about chemical management regulations in China, attracted many local enterprises. Over 120 attendees were on site.

The Conference Room of KFC Hall Annex, Tokyo

Mr. Atlans Dale, the specialist on China REACH from REACH24H gave the first speech named “Jump over the Barriers”, which was mainly focused on China’s new Chemical notification and case studies. The second topic was presented by Ms. Hannah Zhuang, an experienced consultant in regulatory compliance. Looking at the issues from Japanese enterprises’ point of view, the presentation introduced China’s GHS and the requirements and practical solutions for chemical registration in China. Mr. Jimmy Liu, the Japanese market consultant, concluded the session with a brief introduction of REACH24H, using a comparison between REACH24H and other similar companies.

The Q&A Session came after the 3 speeches. Attendees raised various questions, such as the low-concern polymer, the laboratories qualified for regular notification, the hazards identification in hazardous chemical registration, the registration method for mixtures, etc.Chemtopia, as another important sponsor, also provide valuable information on K-REACH.
