Background
UK REACH came into force on 1st January 2021. Companies manufacturing, selling, and distributing chemicals in England, Wales or Scotland market shall comply with the relevant regulations under UK REACH. In spite of the similarities between UK REACH and EU REACH, there are still some unique provisions under UK REACH, such as DUIN and \”Grandfathering\”, and registration with a waiver statement.
