Background

On January 1, 2019, the revised Act on Registration, Evaluation and etc. of Chemicals (a.k.a “K-REACH”) came into effect, heralding the start of pre-registration. After the June 30 deadline for pre-registration, many enterprises may still have lots of concerns about late pre-registration and joint registration.
