Substances added to the TCSL are:
- Triphenylsulfonium, 2- (trifluoromethyl)benzenesulfonate(1:1)and mixtures containing 25% or more of substance;
- 2,2,3,3,4,4-Hexafluoro-4-[(trifluoroethenyl)oxy]butanoic acid, methyl ester homopolymer, hydrolysed and mixtures containing 25% or more of substance;
- N,N'-Bis(4-aminophenyl)-N,N'-dimethylethylenediamine and mixtures containing 25% or more of substance.
The three substances have also been added to the country’s GHS classification list, with immediate effect. The list, which provides classification, CAS and Korea-specific TCCL identification numbers, signal words, pictograms, H codes and M factors, became mandatory on 1 July 2011.
The substance added to the OCSL is 1,3,5-tri-2-propenyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione polymer with 2,4,6,8-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane, Si-[3-(2-oxiranylmethoxy)propyl] derivatives and mixtures containing 25% or more of substance.
