SIEF Code Selection Assessment
SIEF Code selection can influence the extent to which your company will be involved in the relevant SIEF. The four SIEF codes are:
- Leading - The Lead registrant role is described above
- Involved - These registrants wish to be involved in the creation of the dossier and intend to register.
- Passive - These registrants plan to register, but are not fully engaged in the registration process, either due to limited resources or other business issues.
- Dormant - These registrants will not proceed to full registration but are obliged to share any data they may retain.
SIEF Activity Representation, Technical Support & Management
a. Negotiating with the SIEF Formation Facilitator and the Lead Registrant;
b. Substance sameness discussion;
c. Consultation of Data/Cost sharing mechanism;
d. Attending relevant SIEF meetings;
e. Other management of regular SIEF issues.
The SIEF Progress Report
We can provide you with regular progress reports so you are aware of the current status of the SIEF. For registrants who require continual monitoring of SIEF activities, we can provide a monthly or quarterly report. A 6 month or annual report can also be made available to provide an overview of SIEF activities.
