The fees associated with the Registration process can be divided into:
1. ECHA fees are paid to the European Chemical Agency. ECHA fees are laid down in Commission Regulation (EC) No 340/2008, on the fees and charges payable to the European Chemicals Agency, in agreement of the EU Member States. The fee is dependent on the annual tonnage of the substance and company size. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) receive discounts on ECHA fees.

- PPORD Notification: Standard fee is €500.
- Reduced fees for SMEs apply in all cases.
2. Data fees are paid to the Lead registrant to enable the joint registrant to use a Letter of Access (LoA). This LoA can grant permission to refer to a single/set of study(ies) by the data owner or to refer to all studies used for the Joint Submission for a certain tonnage band. However, you do not own the data if you purchase it via the LoA mechanism. The data fee is dependent on several factors e.g. tonnage band, data availability, number of other potential registrants.
3. Consultancy fees paid to REACH24h Consulting Group to advise on the whole registration process and prepare the individual part of registration dossier in IUCLID5 and a Chemical Safety Report if necessary.
Note: According to Article 74, 'A fee need not be paid for a registration of a substance in a quantity of between 1 and 10 tonnes where the registration dossier contains the full information in Annex VII'.
